The meeting was called to order at 7:30 p.m. by President Combs. The minutes to the December 6, 2005 meeting were read and approved.

The Key Exchange Day for 2006 will be April 1st. There will also be a Work Party Day scheduled for Saturday, April 1st, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

There was a motion made and approved to accept 6 new members.

Having no further business the meeting was adjourned at 7:50 p.m.
