The meeting was called to order at 7:30 p.m. by President Combs. The minutes to the March 7, 2006 meeting were read and approved.

 New Business:

 It was brought to the board's attention that the new Marion County Code (Chapter 616), which bans smoking in all indoor public places, pertains to our clubhouse during events considered open to the public (events scheduled on the calendar.) A motion was made, seconded and approved to put up signs banning smoking in the clubhouse during public events.

There was a motion made and approved to accept 14 new members. 

Having no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 7:45 p.m.
