The meeting was called to order at 7:30 p.m. by President Combs. The minutes to the May 2, 2006 meeting were read and approved.

New Business:

Jerry Lyons and Barb Geiler from Planet Adventure Urban Race asked if our club would be interested in participating in their August 12th event.  They will work with our members to see what we can do to help in their event.  

A motion was made to give Don Behnkendorf a life membership for all the work he has done at the club; including repairing and painting the garage, repairing the holes in the firing line roof, replacing all broken windows in the club house, plumbing repair, etc. The motion was approved. 

A motion was made to give Ed Ledbetter a life membership for all the work he has done at the club and the years of service on our board and as match director. The motion was approved.  

There was a motion made and approved to accept 17 new members. 

Having no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 8:00 p.m.
