Minutes of September 5, 2006

The meeting was called to order at 7:30 p.m. by Vice-President Newgent. The minutes to the August 1, 2006 meeting were read and approved.

Old Business:

 The people from the Planet Adventure Urban Race sent a thank you card to the club along with a donation of $50.00.

New Business:

The range will be closed October 8, 2006 for a trap shoot and cookout from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

New security measures were proposed for the club, including a perimeter fence, card reader and electric gate, and motion detector and video surveillance. The discussion was tabled for a later date. 

Having no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 8:15 p.m.
