Minutes of November 7, 2006

The meeting was called to order at 7:30 p.m. by President Combs. The minutes to the October 3, 2006 meeting were read and approved.

Old Business:  

Nominating committee for 2007 elections presented the following slate:

President: Brad Newgent
Vice-President: Mark Taylor
Treasurer: Emmanuel Merchiers
Secretary: Radonna Doan
Trustee: Chuck Bjork

New Business:

The club consented to donate shotgun shells to the Boy Scouts who will be shooting trap at the club on November 18, 2006.

Greg Smith presented an argument to allow .17 cal rimfire to be shot at the range. A motion was made, seconded and approved to allow the .17 cal rimfire. The following rules will be amended as follows:

Rule # 5.15.1.1 - "Only .22 rimfire and .17 rimfire are allowed."

Rule # 5.15.2.4 -“.22 WMR, 7.62x25, .32 magnum, 9x19 (9mm parabellum), .38 super,.357 Sig, .357 magnum, .400 Corbon, .40 S&W, 10mm, .41 magnum, .44 magnum, .45 win mag, .45 acp, and .17 rimfire are allowed.”

A motion was made and approved to accept 11 new members.

Having no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 8:05 p.m.
