The meeting was called to order at 7:30 p.m. by President Newgent. The minutes to the April 3, 2007 meeting were read and approved.

A motion was made and approved to allow a budget of $150 to go towards a new sign on Crawfordsville Road. Chuck Bjork will head up the project.
New Business:
A workday for fence repair needs to be determined in the near future. The range fence is in bad need of repair.
A motion was made and approved to accept 8 new members.
