The meeting was called to order at 7:30 p.m. by President Newgent. The minutes to the May 1, 2007 meeting were read and approved.

New Business:
There was discussion about how Alex Walker, club member and Eagle Scout, could earn a merit badge by organizing and completing a project here at the club. Ideas included removing outhouses, painting shooting benches and building a pole barn to replace the shed west of the club house.
A motion was made and approved to accept 10 new members.

no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 7:55 p.m.
