The meeting was called to order at 7:30 p.m. by President Newgent. The minutes to the June 5, 2007 meeting were read and approved.

Chuck Bjork gave a progress report replacing the sign on Crawfordsville Road. It has been decided to avoid possibly violating city ordinances regarding signage the existing sign would be repainted instead of replaced.
New Business:
It was proposed that 9mm carbines be allowed here at the range. The subject was discussed and tabled until next month.
It was proposed that yearly dues be increased to $80 starting October 2007 for the 2008 year to help cover the recent increase in insurance rates and property taxes. The motion was seconded and passed. Yearly dues for 2008 are now $80.00; new memberships will be $80 + $25 initiation fee. Life memberships will now be $800.00.
A motion was made and approved to accept 9 new members.
