Saturday, April 5, 2008, is key exchange day. Be sure to bring your old gate key to
the clubhouse between 9:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. to get this
year’s gate key. If you have not yet paid your dues for 2008,
this is the time to do it.
If you cannot get to the clubhouse on Key Day, you can
mail a self-addressed stamped envelope with a request for a new
key (please enclose your old key taped to an index card) any time after
Key Day. However, the lock will be changed on April 5th, so if
you want to make sure that you are never locked out, try to make
it on that Saturday.

Directors
Please be sure to mark all your equipment on the grounds before
April 5, 2008. We will be getting a dumpster and cleaning
everything out on that day. Anything not marked could find a new
home.

Dues for 2008 are $80. Huge increases in
property taxes and liability insurance have made this increase
necessary.
Renewing By
Mail
If you are
renewing your membership by mail, please don’t forget
to include a self-addressed, stamped envelope along with
your renewal form (if you have had a change of address) and
$80
check or money order. You can also renew your membership at any

Work
Day Party
Saturday, April 5, 2008,
will also be a Work Party Day. Work Day will begin around 8:00
a.m. The range will be closed while work is being done. Please
come help improve our range. Even if you can only help
out for an hour or two it is still greatly appreciated. If you
have any suggestions of things that need accomplished on April
5th, please contact one of the board members. |
